4. Amendment to Professional Service Agreement with Element Solutions to provide exhibits needed for permitting of Semiahmoo Parkway Emergency Repairs
5. Ordinance 19-2924, Implementing a Business and Occupation Tax, which would include a tax credit for new businesses/startups that bring 25 or more new full-time jobs into the City, increasing the exemption threshold to $250,000 annual gross receipts, delay implementation until January 1, 2020, to allow notification and planning for the impacted businesses, and include the service sector provided that food and accommodation services as well as medical services are exempt.
