In response to Governor Inslee’s Stay Home, Stay Healthy order, Blaine Community Development Services is continuing to provide essential functions. We are making the following adjustments to the March 26th Planning Commission to protect our customers and staff:

REVIEW MINUTES: 2/27/2020
This time on the agenda is an opportunity for anyone to speak to the Planning Commission about any topic except items scheduled on the agenda for a public hearing that same day, or items that have had a public hearing and are still under Planning Commission deliberation. Comments are limited to three minutes per speaker, and up to fifteen minutes total.
The Planning Commission shall consider public comments and deliberate on a request to create a new General Binding Site Plan for future development (Permit #2020004)
The Planning Commission shall consider an amendment to the Planning Commission Rules and Procedure to add new Section XVIII addressing remote attendance during under a declaration of a civil emergency.
Planning Commission may update Commission on relevant news and events. The Department may provide updates on the status of work program items; answer questions raised in public comment; and respond to questions and concerns from the Planning Commission.
