Due to Governor Inslee’s proclamation in response to COVID-19, this City Council meeting will be conducted entirely through Zoom Meetings; a teleconference application. 1. Vacate the Mill Street Right-of-Way North of H Street.

1. Resolution 1827-20, reinstating late fees for quarterly and monthly tax payments.
2. An amendment to the existing purchase and sale agreement between the City of Blaine and White-Leasure Development to extend the agreement timeline by one hundred fifty (150) days.
3. Resolution 1829-20, Forwarding a recommendation from the Blaine Park and Cemetery Board to amend resolution 1821-20 to permit use of the G and H Street Plazas until such time that the City Council determines the pandemic emergency has been resolved.
