Regular City Council meetings are held the second and fourth Mondays of every month. Attendance is also required at Study Sessions and Special Council meetings. Applications may be picked up at the City Clerk's Office, 435 Martin Street, Ste. 3000, Blaine, WA 98230. Applications are also available online here. Please contact the City Clerk's Office for additional information at (360) 332-8311.Applicant must be a citizen of the U.S. and the state of Washington, a registered voter of the city at the time of filing, have been a resident of the city for a period of at least one (1) year, and a resident of the ward. This appointment will fill a vacancy until the November election in 2019.Applications must be submitted no later than 4:30 PM Friday, January 4, 2019.
