Notice is hereby given that a public hearing for the Multi-Family Housing Tax Exemption is scheduled for Monday, June
10 24, 2019, at 6:00pm in the City Council Chambers, Blaine City Hall, 435 Martin Street, Suite 4000.
Pursuant to RCW 84.14.040, it is the intent of the Blaine City Council to designate the parcels zoned as the Central Business District-Market, Town Portal, Waterview, and Garden subdistricts as a Residential Targeted Area, per Resolution 1759-19.
Interested parties are encouraged to offer testimony at the public hearing, or submit written comments which will be included in the official record. Written comments shall be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 24, 2019.
