Important Notice for Utility Customers

Blaine City Council passed two resolutions in response to COVID-19 at the March 23, 2020, City Council meeting.

Resolution 1803-20 removes fees for bill payments completed online or by phone by automatically providing a credit adjustment of $4.95 to utility account holders (covering the service fee). This process is effective as of March 16, 2020, and will remain in place until the proclamation of emergency is lifted.

Payments may be made online or by phone (1-800-701-8560). There is no need to contact City Hall for your credit.

Resolution 1804-20 waives utility late fees and provides utility shut off relief. For more information, please email or call (360) 332-8311 Option 2) City of Blaine Utility Billing.

Additional utility assistance resources: Blaine Community Assistance Program (BCAP): (360) 392-8484. Opportunity Council: (360) 255-2192.

More information about these resolutions can be found here: Resolution 1803-20 and Resolution 1804-20.

In an effort to help control the spread of COVID-19, the City would like to encourage its utility customers to make payments by internet or phone.
