Planning Commission
The Planning Commission is a seven member, non-partisan committee. The duties of the Planning Commission are to hold public meetings and make recommendations to the City Council on Conditional Use Permit applications; review all Planned Unit Developments and mobile home park proposals, and make recommendations to the Council; review and decide on Shoreline Substantial Development Permit applications and Proposed Amendments to the Shoreline Program, as required in the Shoreline Management Master Program. The Planning Commission may act as the research and fact-finding agency of the municipality.

The Planning Commission meets on the second and fourth Thursdays of the Month.
